The Team
Erik Slack, President of FRG

Hi, I’m Erik, a stubborn seventeen-year-old with a heck of a lot of motivation and a vision of how I can make this world a better place. I am responsible for FRG and some of my duties include administrating the blog, writing for the blog, and administrating the website. Other duties I fulfill are coordinating the FRG members into a team, reading and responding to an endless flow of emails, and building up a legacy of accomplishment that will last beyond my time as President of the organization.
The most important thing you could learn about me is that I know that God lives. I can sense it with every fibre of my being and I am doing what I can to honor and further His great work. I’ve learned by personal experience that more wisdom can be gained by adhering to the Lord’s prophets than by any other means and I believe that President Thomas S. Monson is the rightful leader of Christ’s church on the Earth today. I harbor no ill-will to my fellow man, but I will not shy away from the truth in the face of opposition. Although most of the time you’ll see the more serious parts of my nature, as you grow to know me, I hope you’ll also find me to be a cheerful and helpful person.

Hey, everybody. My name is Noah, and I’m the editor here on the FRG blog. My interests include religious studies, mythology, and sociology of gender. I’ve always been deeply interested in the gospel, specifically the Plan of Salvation. I think it’s the ultimate love story, and my goal here is to cut through the absurd trivialities and misconceptions and reveal the essence of Mormonism for what it really is, and of course, I mean that as a good thing. I hope to impress upon others the “bigger picture” and help them see the applicability of the Restored Gospel to their everyday lives.
David Ferguson

I’m David. I recently returned from a mission in Sydney Australia, and am majoring in Ancient Near Eastern Studies at BYU-U. I am also minoring in Arabic. Considering that you are here reading this, it may be needless to say that I love the Church, and helping others grow within it. My non-religious hobbies include singing, rugby, hiking in Montana (where I’m from) and Utah, and reading about ancient history.
